Export Mail and Settings from Outlook

In Outlook 2013 or 2010:

  • Select the "File" tab
  • Select "Options"
  • Select "Advanced"
  • Scroll down to the "Export" section, and click "Export".
  • Select "Export to a file", and click "Next".
  • Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)", and click "Next".
  • Select the folders to be exported, and click "Next".
  • Name the .pst file that the data will be exported to. Select "Do not export duplicate items".
  • Click "Finish".

In Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007:

  • Select the "File" menu, and select "Import and Export".
  • Click "Export to a file", and click "Next".
  • Select "Personal Folder File (.pst)", and click "Next".
  • Select the folders to be exported, and click "Next".
  • Name the .pst file that the data will be exported to, and click "Next".
  • Click "Finish".
