Please take a note of our password policy: Hosted Exchange > Passwords > What is the password policy?
For our Hosted Desktop clients:
- Click on the arrow at the top-centre of the Hosted Desktop to show the toolbar.
- Click on "Ctrl+Alt+Del".
- Select "Change a password".
For our Hosted Exchange clients:
- Browse to Outlook Web App at http://owa.onenet.co.nz
- Logon with your OneNet credentials.
- In the top right-hand corner, click on "Options".
- Select "Change your password".
Please note that the password across all OneNet services is consistent. For example, if you subscribe to both Hosted Desktop and Hosted Exchange, and the password is changed via Outlook Web App, this new password will also apply for the Hosted Desktop.
