Log Files

Error reports can be generated on the LiveVault Control Panel at https://onenet.onlinebackup.com:

  • Identify the server and click on it.
  • Click on the "Reports" tab.
  • Select the relevant report type, start and end dates, and format.
  • Click "Generate Report".

Alternatively, please supply the log files on the server to our Service Desk to assist with troubleshooting errors:

  • C:\Program Files\Autonomy\BackupEngine\lvMessage.0
  • C:\Program Files\Autonomy\BackupEngine\lvSuper.0
  • C:\Program Files\Autonomy\BackupEngine\LVConfig.XML
