To release spam:
- In the "Blocked Email Summary" email delivered to your inbox, click on "Release". Please note that blocked emails are automatically deleted from the system after 7 days, if not released.
- Browse to https://messageprotect.onenet.co.nz/SQM
- Login with your SQM credentials. Please note that this is different from the credentials for your mailbox. If you have not registered for SQM, please refer to Message Protect > Spam Quarantine Management > Register As A User In SQM.
- After logging in, click on the "Blocked Mail" tab.
